Jeremy Hamilton’s Video Fishing Report – April 25th
5280 Angler Senior Guide Jeremy Hamilton talks about South Platte River conditions for the last week in April, 2016. Jeremy describes the rising water in Deckers due to snowmelt and runoff from feeders such as Horse Creek. Though conditions in Deckers are most difficult due to lack of clarity and high water, Jeremy advises anglers to use larger flies such as Pat’s Rubber Legs and worm imitations.
The Dream Stream, however, presented much easier fishing conditions, and Jeremy recommends anglers head to South Park. Finally, Jeremy is excited for the opening of our seasons at our premier destinations: Boxwood Gulch & Long Meadow Ranches!
