LOCATION: SOUTH PLATTE RIVER, BELOW DECKERS, COrainbow

WEATHER: Cold, overcast, winds to 20 mph

WATER CONDITIONS: 38 degrees, 125 CFS, and gin clear

FLIES: Eggs, #22-#24 black RS II, Black Beauties, and Zebra Midges on lighter (5x & 6x) tippet

FISH LANDED: A dozen, with first time anglers.

OTHER NOTEWORTHY OBSERVATIONS: Fish were easily spooked. Use your eyes first, then your feet.
